Wondering what retailing is going to look like in 2020?
This video from the Coca Cola Retailing Research Council raises some thought provoking issues. Generation2020 will be doing things differently to their parents, and now is the time to plan the two ways to win them over:
- make shopping easier for them either digitally or physically; or
- make it an engaging experience. Just displaying your wares will no longer cut it – the interaction needs to be meaningful)
